I. Job Overview

Accounting & Taxation

• Prepare and update periodic financial statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
• Manage tax finalization and tax refunds.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations regarding tax, accounting, and state agency regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Prepare periodic reports or ad-hoc reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
• Optimize costs and tax efficiency.

Human Resources & Payroll

• Handle procedures related to Social Insurance (BHXH).
• Calculate and process monthly payroll.

Legal Affairs

• Maintain a strong foundation and understanding of laws regarding accounting, tax, business, enterprises, and labor.
• Draft legal documents for relevant company procedures.

Financial Strategy Development

• Research and connect with loan sources, funds, and capital mobilization channels.
• Provide financial consulting and planning for the company.
• Participate in professional skill development and provide training for relevant departments.

III. Candidate Requirements

Professional Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting (Experience in the Import-Export sector is a plus).
• In-depth understanding of accounting, tax, enterprise, and labor laws.

Skills & Personality:
